Most Hydration products will give you all of the key electrolytes in balanced doses - however most people who eat western diets get more than enough sodium, in fact lots of people in the fitness industry add lots and lots of extra sodium to their pre and intra workout products, this can cause issues with uncomfortable lower back pumps as well as unpleasant fluid retention.
Directions
HydraMAX can be consumed at any point of the day or night as a hydration product. Mix 1 scoop (12g) with 500ml of water and drink. We recommend 500ml of water per serving however that is mostly down to taste - You may use more water if desired. Optimally consume an additional serving around your training window. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.

How many serves are there in HydraMAX?
HydraMAX comes in a 35 serve tub as well as the popular 90 serve tub. 1 scoop is considered 1 serve.
When should I take HydraMAX?
Hydramax can be consumed at any point of the day or night as a hydration product.
How much water should I mix into my HydraMAX?

How often should HydraMAX be used?
HydraMAX should be used every day for optimal results, one to two servings on none training days and an additional serving as part of your pre or Intra workout routine on training days.
For the back pump relief; consistent use over several days may be required for it to become efficacious.
Do not exceed four servings per day.
