Refund Policy for Strom Sports Nutrition Australia

2. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Defective or Faulty Products: If you receive a defective or faulty product, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • You may choose to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded.
  • To initiate this process, please contact our customer service within a reasonable time frame. You will need to provide details of the order and the issue with the product.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of refunds after confirmation of your return.
