There is no guarantee of next day delivery or other specified time period and postage times vary according the postage conditions at the time. Please do not ask us when your parcel will arrive, we don't have any more information than you do  - see your tracking information emailed when the order is shipped. 

•  If your address is rural, this estimate is the time taken to arrive at your local depot. Then arrival time is dependant on the frequency of your delivery route.
• If delivery is to a business, please include the business name in your delivery address (or it may not arrive correctly).
