In traditional Strom Sports fashion, EssentialMax contains clinically dosed servings to help bring the best possible EAA supplement with no compromise whatsoever.
Uniquely among EAA formulas – Strom has chosen to leave out tryptophan, which is a precursor to 5HTP and can cause sleepiness. Instead replacing it with L-Alanine which is involved and depleted in the production of energy from blood glucose. This makes it a useful inclusion for intra-workout applications, especially if being supplemented alongside a carbohydrate supplement.
EssentialMAX also includes a Beetroot extract for a natural source of nitrates, and therefore provides building blocks for the body's endogenous nitric oxide production processes - supporting blood flow. It is also shown to have valuable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds, supporting better recovery from oxidative stress and inflammation - which occur during exercise.
Directions
Mix with 1 scoop with 400-500ml of water and consume intra-workout.

How many serves are there in EssentialMAX?
There are 30 scoops of the EssentialMAX formula in every tub. 1 scoop is considered 1 serve. So that's 40 serves per tub.
