Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means that while the body can usually synthesise it on its own, there are times when the demand for glutamine exceeds the body's ability to produce it. In such cases, it becomes necessary to obtain glutamine from the diet or supplements. Strom Sports' 100% Glutamine is a high quality supplement and one tub gives you 100 servings. It's unflavoured so you can mix it with your morning, intra or evening drink.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop (11g) with 300-400ml of water and consume at any point of the day. Recommended use is 0.5 - 2 servings per day according to need determined by blood pressure measurement.
