Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 200-300ml of water. Consume 1 serving per day. In order to get the most out of CreaMAX on training days we highly recommend taking it as part of your intra- or post-workout routine, due to the inclusion of ActiGin®. On non-training days, CreaMAX can be consumed at whatever time is convenient.
