No, that would not be helpful. What a silly question to ask.
I'm colour-blind, does the shirt still work for me?
Yes and no. If you can't see these particular colours then it won't work for you in that capacity. That said, everyone else who isn't colour blind can see it. So still fairly functional we would say.
I see all the big units wearing this, does it make the user bigger?
While this is a common wish... no. In order to get bigger you need to wear high-heels.
