Directions
Mix 1 scoop (6g) with at least 500ml of water to desired taste. Alternatively consume at any time as refreshing drink. Do not exceed 5 servings in any 24 hour period.

Coconut water (as CocoMineral®), Taurine, Cranberry Extract, Electrolytes, Fresh beetroot concentrate powder (as Rednite®) (standardised 1.5%-2.75% natural nitrate), Grape seed extract (as Enovita®) , Maltodextrin, Flavouring, Citric Acid, Sweetener (Sucralose).
Please note that due to some of the ingredients being red (beetroot extract, cranberry extract) and our commitment to not use artificial colours in any of our products; all flavours of Hydro will come as a red powder.

Does HYDRO contain caffeine?
No it does not, nor any other stimulants. Meaning its good to drink anytime - day or night!

What do the HYDRO flavours taste like?
Good. Like an slightly beetroot-y version of what the flavours are called. Except lemon, that's like a Lemsip flavour which people either love or hate.
How many serves are there in HYDRO?
There are 60 scoops per tub of HYDRO, each scoop delivers a full serve at the dosages listed on the nutritional facts panel. That's 60 serves.
